Back in April 2012, Mr. S L Ganapathi asked us to bring the Dosa Inc. truck to his residential complex for some fresh dosa and vada… what we experienced in the next 3 hours completely changed the way we looked at the business for good.
We were sold out in 2 hours of our parking the truck in the Alaknanda neighborhood and that started our “food on the go!” journey – taking our food to the customers rather than waiting for them to arrive.
Covid gave us a second life...
During the 1st covid-19 lockdown, we had another hallelujah moment. Our South Indian Snacks were seeing a big demand.. to be fair anything and everything packaged was flying out of the grocery shelves within hours. This was the time that we launched Dosa Inc: Snacks product line. Our trucks take our snacks to the farthest parts of Delhi-NCR and what started as paatis tengohzal and mixture’s has now evolved into 22 snack items.
Our Philosophy….
has always been to serve the customer “with freshness” be it with our food trucks or the snack line, we were the first to imagine hyperlocal in a way that we would go to the customer and be their second kitchen for that day or the same way that our snacks are customized to their tastes and pallets.
Our Vision….
is to make Dosa Inc a household brand with our model of freshness and home style food products making this our customers goto brand for their vegetarian south Indian needs.
